A fermented honey process Gesha from southern Huila, exceptionally rare as a true Gesha separation from this region. The producers balanced fermentation with delicate genetics and terroir, yielding sweet apricot, cherry, and coriander flavors with lush florals from lavender to gardenia. Tea-like texture with honey sweetness.

Tips
- Rinse the filter with hot water before brewing — removes paper taste and preheats the cone.
- Bloom should swell evenly. Uneven swell means grind is too coarse or water too cold.
- Aim for a flat bed at the end. Mounded = uneven extraction.
