About Waymark

Great coffee, full transparency. Every cup has a story.

Our Story

From coffee enthusiast to coffee company

Waymark started in 2026 with a simple idea: specialty coffee is worth understanding. The more you know about where a coffee comes from—who grew it, how it was processed, why it tastes the way it does—the more you can appreciate what's in your cup.

We wanted to build a coffee company that shares everything we know, because we think that information makes the experience even better. Whether you're new to specialty coffee or you've been drinking it for years, there's always more to discover.

We roast in small batches, ship fresh, and include the full story with every bag.

We believe transparency builds trust, that expertise should be shared, and that great coffee speaks for itself when you give it the chance.

Our Sourcing

Sourced with intention

We source every coffee through importers who prioritize traceability and pay premiums directly to producers. No commodity auctions, no blind buying. Every lot we offer can be traced back to a specific farm, region, and often the individual farmer who grew it.

This matters because quality isn't an accident. It comes from skill, intention, and often generations of knowledge passed down through families. When farmers are paid fairly and consistently, they can invest in better practices rather than just chasing volume.

It costs a little more, but that's the point.
